One of our more recent projects we were approached for was fabricating a retractable display chiller that could be maneuvered out of the side of this food trailer making for easier display & access of chilled goods at the market.

After some careful design & planning we were able to get underway with this unique project.

First came cutting & removing the trailers side wall & fabricating the retractable base for the display chiller to sit on. Creating the ideal sliding system to counter act the weight from the display case while it is maneuvered in & out of the trailer was key but once this was constructed & we were happy with functionality & movement of it we were able to attach & secure the display chiller.

Next up was running the wiring & pipework for the refrigeration unit, once this was installed & operating at the perfect temperature we hinged the trailers side wall back into place in two separate sections & applied the ever important finishing touches.

The bottom panel & side wall had blackboard paint applied so products & pricing can be displayed.
