ZN UNI-BLOCK SYSTEM
ZN UNI-BLOCK SYSTEM
Zanotti S.P.A. presents the new mono block unit series ZN. These units are designed for straddle mounting and are of a simple, compact design appropriate to their surroundings.
The frame lower part has been engineered so as to reduce as far as possible the overall dimensions outside the cold room. ZN units are made of white pre-painted sheet metal.
ZN0 model and all models of ZN 1 series, due to their extremely reduced dimensions, are suitable to be installed in mini-cold rooms in usually difficult positions for the installation, such as on the panel set between the corner of the cold room and the door.
The whole range is equipped with hermetic compressors with R404A; for medium temperature applications compressors working with R134A refrigerant are already available.
Reliability and very competitive prices combine to give a very good price-quality ratio.
On our units we employ both micro channel condensers as well as grooved pipe ones in order to obtain a higher efficiency and a reduction in consumption.
GM MODEL
GM MODEL
GM models are very versatile mono block units, manufactured in Italy, which can be installed in the cold room either in a straddle position or through-the-wall with a thru-wall kit.
The units are provided with automatic alarm system if condenser requires cleaning, capillary tube for refrigerant expansion, wholly automatic hot gas defrost, switchboard with electronic control board and management keypad, automatic system for condensate evacuation, no outside connections for water drainage are usually necessary, power supply cable, door micro-switch cable, cold room light cable, lamp and lamp holder.
Base unit is single phase, 910 watts and will cool 5.3 m3 at 5 degrees, 10 sizes available up to 4.149 Kw to cool 43 m3.
